Nigerian Journal of Public Sector Management (NJPSM) is a peer-reviewed publication (print and online) of original research papers and book reviews of aspects of public administration, management, politics, international relations, conflict, peace, security, democracy, political economy, development, leadership, corruption, public policy, elections and other related areas of public administration. Papers publish in NJPSM are aimed at being both theoretical and empirical.

Editorial Policies Focus and Scope
The Nigerian Journal Public Sector Management (NJPSM) is aimed at publishing high-quality academic research papers written in English Language that will fill the gaps in the existing body of knowledge. NJPSM publishes original and well researched papers in Public administration, international relations, management, conflict, Peace, Security, democracy, politics, political economy, development, leadership, corruption, public policy, elections and other related areas of public administration. Papers publish in NJPSM are aimed at being both theoretical and empirical.

Peer Review Process
NJPSM insist on very sound academic papers. Authors are expected to note that:

Contributions must be original, never published or sent for publication elsewhere.
It should be written in English Language (Preferably United Kingdom English). The format is Microsoft word document, Times New Roman, font size 12, single line spacing, page numbers, maximum of 7,000 words or 17 pages, 200-150 words abstract, maximum of 5 key words and APA referencing style.
Articles received will first undergo peer-review before being considered for publication. Feedback for submitted papers will be made within three weeks from the date of receipt of manuscript.
The paper shall contain Author's name, affiliation, phone number and email address. Those accepted for publication will have the author's copy right transferred to the Editorial Board of this Journal.
