About the Journal
Nigerian Journal of Public Sector Management (NJPSM) is a print and online mode journal that is published biannually (May/June and October/November by the Department of Public Administration, federal University Wukari, Taraba state, Nigeria. The Journal endeavours to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, students, resource persons and people in the academia who are interested in discussion on current and future issues and challenges impacting the field of Public Administration, Management Science, Governance, Humanities, Education, Arts and Social Science. For the purpose of efficiency and timely assessment of articles and possible publication, we have an internal editorial committee charged with the responsibility of thorough review of papers submitted to the journal. We adopt double blind peer review policy in which both authors and reviewers are kept anonymous so as to maintain high technical and quality standard for the journal. The main aim of NJPSM is to become one of the leading global journals by publishing authentic and scientifically developed research articles of international standard.
Journal Statement
NJPSM Journal of Public Sector Management (NJPSM) is a peer-reviewed publication (print and online) of original research papers and book reviews of aspects of public administration, management, politics, international relations, conflict, peace, security, democracy, political economy, development, leadership, corruption, public policy, elections and other related areas of public administration. Papers publish in NJPSM are aimed at being both theoretical and empirical.
Call for Papers
The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. The paper should be empirical or theoretical, well researched and persuasive. Original articles, reviews, commentaries and methods could also be considered. The paper should contain introduction, synopsis of the problem, hypothesis or research questions, objective of the paper, review of related literature and theoretical framework, method of investigation, discussion of findings and recommendation.
